i read that this guy was on a 26 fight winning streak up to the point his fiancee passed. now as a martial artist in karate myself, i have had shitty times to deal with aswell but the mind has to fight to stay strong aswell as the body. keep up the good work dennis, i dont know you personally but i wish all the best of luck! keep up the intense training!!
so theres alot of other ways to cut wait and how the fuck am i supposed to know that how do i know he was going for a lower wieght class in this video maybe he was going up a wieght class i have no fucking clue i bet i would kick the shit outta you
Kang u were only impressive gnp against nobodies and people with zero ground game like weir and professor x. Like when you know that they cant defend or strike back in the ground, you'll dominate them. But once you see a little adversity and little fight from bisbing u quit wtf i had hopes for u.
kang what you need is endurance training. Not speed training. From the gassing out you did against belcher and Bisbing. Seriously how can someone be a gym hero and completely gas out in the 2nd round . Learn how to take hits dude, Bisbing looked sloppy in those punches too. Train muay thai and take hits, Either your going easy at training, or your not training the right stuff. Because you are more athletic and more experienced than bisbing. Ur ground is sloppy u cant even hold or gnp right.
after he is done with this workout, he finishes with an intense treadmill workout... johnathan chamberlain is the best strength/power and conditioning coach there is out there right now... he is mma specific though
if you read the comments to this actual video, kang does this workout as a finsishing set AFTER he is done with his REGULAR workout... kinda like a burnout set, he does 3 of these circuits
Yeah.. Nobody's going to be lifting fucking cars to workout.. there's only a fucking certain amount of workout equipment made, and that's what you do.. fucking joelbattle
i'm saying, that nobody's going to lift damn cars for a workout.
Joelbattle says that this is a freshmen football workout routine, and it may be, but that's because there's only such a limited amount of equipment made in this world.
Although it may be the same routine, it's what his trainer chose, and he's probabaly doing higher weights.
Youre funny ... how could you compare a football player to a figher ... Fighters are the most well trained athletes! You probably don't fight to say something like that ...
I think Kang's workout is weak. Maybe you don't agree...that's fine. But you do know that Kang JUST lost his first fight in the UFC right? How's his weak ass workout look now? And MMA fighters are NOT the most well trained athletes. Boxers are. Most "professional" MMA fighters can BARELY last 3 rounds. I can think of maybe 5 who can finish a 3 round fight they're "trained" to do. Either way...this workout is weak. 'Nuff said.
Again, how could you compare two athletes who practice different sports ... Sure the boxer has a phenomenal cardio and great muscle endurance, but the MMA fighter has to train differently than the boxer since elbows, knees, kicks, wrestling and jujitsu are often a part of a fight. There is also a difference in the length of the rounds ... You can't compare two different sports, both make great athletes if you ask me.
listen boxers train complatly differentlty. boxing involves more cardio and much less strength.thats why that they get tired, plus he was dominating that fight untill he got could ,happens to loads of fighters hell be back
thechimeman is right. boxers also fight at a regulated pace, fighters train for the fight. if your fighting 3 rounds you train for it, boxers train for 12 rounds(lots of cardio little mustle). you cant compare the two, mma has more strength and musle builing. musles take energy to use, would you say a worlds strongest man competitor is unfit cos he cant fight a 12 round fight?? or cos he would gas out if he fought MMA??
you train for your sport! your comment is ridiculas and your lack of know-how in the field of combat sports (or athletics as a whole) is obvious. It to me seems that you only watch top tier boxing matches, if you watched smaller arena matches you would see that many boxers gas out. not that they arnt fantastic athlets because they are.
its just every sport is relative to the person. eg. joe calzaghe is a better athlete than enyone imo. but fedor is a better athlete than 99.9 percent of boxers.michel phelps is a fantastic athlete as well no ONE sport has the best athletes.
reminds me of patt berry for some reason

it was sad to see kang losing, i mean he's always winning the first round and them get caught. Look at his lost against Mousasi, Belcher, Bisping.
I feel like he only do this for the pay check

I see why Kang gets his ass kicked now. What was hard about that?! That's like a freshmen football workout routine.

Either way it's a weak workout. It may seem intense to you because you're probably out of shape. Oh well....

Frankito225, I agree that MMA atheletes are great atheletes; however, I was talking mainly about Kang. He sucks. Next question.....

he didn't lost cause of his conditioning he lost cause of a sloppy takedown.

I'm sure Chaimberg also has them do some strength training with higher weights on things like chest press, military press, and squats.
