It made the games much more time efficient. I don't know what you're whining about, it IS a very simple remote control system.

Especially if you've played any previous Monster Hunter games on the Psp as all of the buttons are switched round. Monster Hunter has such epic music. In fact EVERY piece of music has been written to be epic. Picking a small mushroom sets an entire orchestral suite off. I can hardly stop laughing.

I love the fact that this plays in the opening movie. My favorite parts are when Rathalos swoops in and claims the meal of the day and when Lagiacrus emerges to challenge him for it. Too bad he fails though.

Seriously how can anyone not like MH? Epic music and battles put together with some of the most beautiful and vivid landscapes ever made on a video game inhabited by some of the most odd and awe inspiring creatures, MH is in it's own league. It keeps getting better with the newer games. I respect my 130 fellow hunters out there who liked this.

This game is great, music, playstyle, I'm just disapointed theres not more monster/weapon variety like there was in MHFU on the psp.There were many more monster specific themes and creatables. Hopefully when they make the next one.

When listening to this theme, I always think of that first mission looking for Epioth Guts, then hearing this them and running for my life from the Lagiacrus. Those first trumpet notes followed by the deeper brass instruments just tell you FUCKING RUN OR YOU WILL DIE!

@DenarianLord Same here. I even decided to add the Lagiacrus to my monster list, but that was a bad idea. Guy was barely 5 feet behind me when i finally got on land, and I thought "Oh SHIT HE is going to come up on land and one shot me!" Luckily he didn't.

@DenarianLord THe Hunter does not like the Lagiacrus, and wants to destroy it. The Lagiacrus, being unaware of the Hunter's intentions, thinks the Hunter will taste like chicken. At moment, the Lagiacrus wins. :p

god, ive heard this theme so many times im hearing the various noises bosses make as they attack, i.e the rathains growl per attack (and that wierd balloon deflating noise she makes when she tail flips)

I really like the part starting at 0:38 especially the beautiful melody from 0:48 to 0:51. Love when it fades back in at that point when you relocate to the area of the map the monster is at. Let's keep it going people! We're talking about true team work here. Not every man/woman for themself but people asking you if you need a potion or whatever else.

Full orchestra, beautiful arrangement, WOW, Nintendo really brought the house down this time... MH has always had great music, but WOW this music makes me feel like grabbing a sword and jumping into battle... INCREDIBLE....

@Firesttar Not totally true. Look at Majoras Mask. A lot darker and sometimes depressing scenarios. Even Ocarina of time the Shadow Temple was dark scene as well, The Bottom of the Well.

I got sad news for you.

Lagiacrus isn't the final boss.

You got a much bigger water monster than him to fight offline at the end.

and then you have a big desert monster at HR 30 and the TRUE final boss of the game online when you reach top rank. I won't spoil what they are. But Lagi is cool and all but these 3 make him look tiny and easy.
