Not my favorite arrangement of swanee. Too many unnecessary ritardandos and sudden dynamic changes. It felt as if my ears were trying to walk but kept tripping over sharp, unexpected stones.

The arrangement for Man I Love was a lot more natural I think. I definitely enjoyed it a lot more.

1e morceau trés bonne interprétation ...un pianiste qui joue Gerswhin correctement ...le 2e morceau est joué trop rapidement à la limite du baclage ..? trop de virtuosité pas nuire à l'interprétation ... Mais je n'ai pas dis que c'était mal joué ...

I must admit I have listened to this many times. The chords and arrangement are amazing. I love the way the pianist plays the piece with restraint. Absolutely wonderful!
