This looks and sounds pretty good using the "&fmt=18" hack. There are many of us out here with PC's that don't come up to scratch for HD playback. It might help if you were to suggest that option as well.
This is an astonishing example of video art - it's not just a video - it's an event. This is one of the best that I've seen on YouTube.

that last scene still amazes me, I can't imagine how many layers that is or how long it took to animate - beautiful!

It took 9 months to animate. Hundreds of layers in Flash and long before you could change the position of a character without changing it throughout the entire timeline. We spent as much time trying to figure out how to defeat the technology as we did working with it. Quite a schlep but well worth it!
