  • @trollstutorials I cannot see why you couldn't connect... just go to the Canon website and look for Canon Pixma MP250 driver.

  • @blueshadowdude I didnt bought,tomorrow i think im going,i just wanna to ask is that possible :)

    thanks a lot !

  • I wanted to get this at Walmart but now they're all gone. I think they stopped selling them!! :(

  • can you tell me how many pages can I print with that cartridge?

  • how much time you take to open the box you moron !!?

  • hey is this printer wireless??

  • @ikkaku1000 No... but I do have it hooked to my home network and it works great.

  • @blueshadowdude thanks :)

  • i have canon MP-287 and i got d black catridge refilled n now d computer doesn't recognize it !

    and shows error 5200

does d printer have a mechanism to detect refilled catridges!

    please help!

  • This is a nice printer. I bought this for $49AUD - free postage (inc both cartridges).

To buy the cartridges alone it costs $52. Lol... its better to buy a new printer every month. What a really dumb pricing policy - not exactly environmentally friendly :)

  • @Sandunsa bahhahaha yeay true... Same here... I own a Canon mp250 also..and Ink cartidges have run out .so....I'm looking at buying a NEW one.! Cause it's cheaper for me to buy a new one (Canon mp250 in store)at nz $59.99 then the Cartridges at $69.99 (auction-in post) not including postage prices,..of course lmao.

  • d ku mhanap kung san ung ink b0x., help plsx....

  • I recieved this E03 error and simply found a small peice of paper stuck just inside the paper feed. After removing it and still getting same error i turned off the printer lifted the top and turned it back on like i was going to change the ink i took the cartriges out and inspected for clogs and put them back in and closed the top and I was good to go!

  • what's the black buton with (+)sign near on off switch for? sorry, i got from my friend and with no solution manual coming with. Thanks

  • OOOPS! Sorry... didn't realize that it was posting each time!

  • Question... I've searched the net for this answer, but nothing and I'm getting tired of looking. Do you know if this unit is capable of scanning in color and if so.... how do you do it? The owner's manual doesn't help. -Thanks!

  • @canadianluvable the configuration is build into the software that came with the printer. Just go into the settings and select colour,...photo, magazine, whatever. The advanced settings will give you more control. I personally use photoshop. That interface selects the modes automatically. If this doesn't help, email me and I'll give you step by step instructions.

  • @TheShivu11 I'm not sure, but it wouldn't surprise me if canon has some sort of fault protection that limits use of "non-canon" cartridges, including refills. I have used generic cartridges in this machine, and they work, but not the best. I have a feeling that if you get a canon cartridge, that error will disappear.

  • what about the e08 for printer mp258 anybody have aknoladge aboutn it???????

  • I'm getting the same error code E03. And I can't see anything jammed in there...I blew it out really good with an air compressor also...Oh well, the damn thing only cost me $30 about a year ago...

  • @maprocck Oh!!!!!!!! I´m sorry Mr.

  • i like this

  • It is a better idea to buy MP550. I have this. It has cheaper but more efficient single ink carts. And it costs less than this with two spare carts. And the included ones will print more pages than two sets of this because they were much larger. you can refill it but the carts will last few refills but the printhead in the 550 will last few years. The 550 is faster too and it has better scan and print quality. At least it has colour LCD and advanced menu with memory card preview, scan settings.

  • l refilled both my ink cartridges but my printer still gives me the warning sign of being nearly out of ink, anybody know why? or how to fix it? l have the mp252

  • who performed this version of canon song? it's nice

  • I'm also having the E03 error - it appears this printer has a common flaw.

On the upside, the music you picked for this video is very relaxing. I've decided to listen to it again before I attempt to fix the printer. Maybe my relaxed spirit will allow me to see something I missed the first time.

I'm also going to buy this CD. Thanks for this uplifting music. You get a big fat thumbsup from me. :-)

  • I did love my printer but now it pulls the paper in at an angle and flashes E03 at me, any ideas how to remedy this?? Thanks.

  • @jester7s What I understand of an E03 error is that it may have something to to with a clogging of the paper feed. Try cleaning every thing in the paper path if this doesn't work you may have a sensor that is stuck or bent.

  • @blueshadowdude I also have the same error code, E03. How should I check the sensor? or is there anyway I can reset the printer and this error will go away. I've tried cleaning and I dont see anything.

I would really appreciate the help.

    Thank you

    Thank you

  • @santoslosquecreen The sensor is the little gadget in the ink cartage housing the reads the ink levels. Check to see if that's clogged with ink or is damaged in some way... I'm afraid other than that, I have no other ideas what it could be. Sorry.

  • good post

  • I will pay 52 Euro for mine and 2 Euro for a USB Cable because I think it isn't included... My order will be ready on Tuesday or Wednesday! :-)

  • @GamerAndReviewer mine was included, I think they all are

  • @veveak The cable wasn't included but the inks were in the box!

I have this printer about a month now and it's very good!

    Thanks.

  • @GamerAndReviewer oh ok, mine had everything included :)

  • Is this good? Please answer! In some days I'm gonna order it!

  • i just bought this absolutely love it

  • i mean "I buy" not borrow

  • I have this too. I love this. I borrow this on 2010.17.09

  • I have this scanner, and I use Picasa...

Picasa has literally highjacked my scanner.. when I press scan it opens Picasa.. and It wont scan. What should I do ?

  • @ripousse Im not exactly sure, but I would disable my internet connection when I tried to scan so that Picasa does not pick it up. Or get rid of the google addon. Have you gone on to the google message boards to see if there is a fix. I scan to photoshop myself.

  • hi i have a question...how many prints can you do with that sample inks? and have u tried printing on glossy II paper? thanks

  • @shayan1386 I'm not sure... I didn't keep track, but I would guess a couple of dozen 8X10s, but again that's a guess. And yes glossy II paper works fine in it. They recommend using Canon paper of course, but i use a store brand paper from walmart and it works fine.

  • @shayan1386 a lot of prints and yes I printed on glossy II paper and it's perfect

  • А где снято видео?

  • @konjernb К сожалению, я не владеющих русским языком

  • My epson printer ran out of ink, ti woulded cost me about $45 to replaced the ink, i went to walmart yesterday and I got one for $30 works just great and is very quiet then I bought 2 more one for my Son and Daughtter.

  • thx for this video mr blueshadowdude!

  • @MargyG800 You're very welcome.

  • i watched this vid and bought one, but don't know how to print photos with high resolution quality as it promises because there is nothing to set up its just a standard, isn't it?

  • @mnb222 It takes in account the photo rez of the originating image. I use photoshop (CS4) to get the most out of my photos. The printer reads the information the interpolates the given info and prints at the output that I set up. The software provided is good, but I would suggest getting something like photo shop elements which is less than $100 if you are serious about your photos.

  • @blueshadowdude thanks for ur reply. i just thought its got that option which u select prior to printing to get it quick with less resolution or longer time printing but with better quality resolution, any way i just withed to print normal photos with keeping their quality just like the origin copy wee see on PC screen..

    but its :(

  • is usb cable included

  • @steve89z....nope... look the pay an extra $20 or $30 for the cable.

  • @blueshadowdude 20 or 30 BUCKS?

    are you fucking nuts?!

in our local shop usb cables are about 2 bucks!

    ^^

  • @mykaas ... i have been accused of being worse my friend, but i've never seen a usb cord for $2... that must be quite the special piece of hardware

  • @blueshadowdude it's 1.8 meters and is white...

  • I just got a great deal... "Future Shop" this printer for only $20 bucks... hummm ink carts for a total of $45 ... not told no usb cord till I got home and ..... :( called them humm another $ 29 and oh ya all plus 15% tax... mines going back and there's no Future in my shop.. On the up side I'm sure it would be an o k printer

  • Hi, I'm from Vietnam, I just bought a Canon MP258 (made in VN) which look exactly the same as yours. I think the "8" is the region code and mine use PG-810 and CL-811 ink, dunno if the ink has any difference :-?

  • @apocalic The ink codes here in Canada are 210 (black) and 211 (colour),

  • como reseteo los cartuchos de esta impresora?

  • Hi! Can you tell me the name of the song ?

  • @sp1d3rlo Kanon in D by Pachelbel

  • Hi,

is it possible to reset the cartridge levels for Canon mp250. THX.

  • @dmn1n

I don't think... I've not seen that feature in the software.

  • great printer i just picked mine up for 40 at walmart watch my unboxing

  • I had problems with this printer, the prints look washed out and too bright like it had a lens flare on it or fog, it looks really bad, what can I do?

  • @Winterfang I'm not sue... the print on mine looks ok, the photo printing is excellent and the print is almost laser quality. I assume that you've changed ink and/or cleaned the print heads?

  • disculpen que cartuchos son para la mp 250 ???

yo tengo una y no se que cartuchos son

  • Lo siento no hablo español, pero si usted está preguntando por los cartuchos: la impresora tiene uno negro y otro color (CMYK)

  • My advice is to stay away from this all-in-one printer/copier/scanner. First, it is slow to start up and print. Second, it is noisy. I bought it because I thought 5 years after my old Lexmark (don't buy Lexmark anymore because its ink is too expensive) it doesn't matter how cheap the printer is it has to be better! Nope, my old Lexmark is still better and it was an all-in-one printer too.

  • You do have some valid points, however the scanner is good and the print quality for photos are above par. I would also add that the ink does run out quickly if you us it for a lot of photos. If you are looking for a cheep printer, this is a good choice. But you are right 001FJ, there are better printers out there.

  • Excellent video & superb quality - this helped me a lot - thank you

  • Pleased that you liked it. Have a good one mate.

  • it has the manual duplex function right? (where you print all the odd pages, then you flip it the sheets and re-insert them, and it prints all the even pages)

  • Yes...

  • can it print web pages.

  • Not sure, but I assume it can... (?)

  • paid 40 for mine at walmart, works great, used up my color ink pretty quick though, and sadly this model doesnt support a ciss system for aftermarket cartridges. also mine came with a usb cable.

  • so you need a usb cable for this printer cause mine dont got a cable stupid fuck!

  • Yup...

  • do you know how to load it with paper? I seriously did it just like any other printer but its not working!! :(

  • Well it's a top feed. Open the little door at the top rear of the printer and drop the paper in, adjusting the "dogs". The door at the front (with the silver Canon label) pops down when printing and the paper comes out there.

  • For $40 from Wal Mart this is a pretty good deal for an All in One printer. The only issue I've had is the software needed to be installed twice. Other than that it works fine.

  • should i get this printer for $20 from bestbuy? cuz i get bundle price with digital camera... does this come with printer cable?

  • I'd say yes. It's a good little printer. And the ink is a good price. It's doesn't have all the cool built in shit that other printers have, but for me, you can't go wrong for the price. And no, you have to buy a cable.

  • I paid 80 for mine what the fuck

  • I paid about that for mine too.

  • cool! anyway, may I know the title of the background song... tnx!

  • "Canon in D major" (PWC 37, T. 337, PC 358) by Johann Pachelbel. Played in an accostic.

  • Went over to Wal-Mart and picked up for $40 can't beat the price. Easy to set up and working great. Searching for ink refills looks like most are about $16 for B/W and $20/21 for Color. Any cheaper post a link ! Thanks again

  • The ink is a big more pricey up here in Canada (taking exchange into consideration) but, yes it is a good value in comparison to other inks.

  • Thanks for the video. I've been doing some Canon printer comparisons. Looking to buy. Looking for a good printer where the ink doesn't cost more then the printer. Its ridiculous ! Ink is outrageous. Have been looking for a MP 130 can't find.

  • Your welcome. Yeah I feel the same way. I am a bit concerned over the link usage of this printer. I haven't had to replace the ink since I got it a month ago, but I think it may be pig regardless. Not sure yet however.

  • Thanks mate for video, i m thinking to byu mp 270, which is similar to 250. R u happy whith 250??

    cheeers

  • Yes, so far. But I'm waiting to see how long it take to run out of ink. However, the print quality is excellent. Very good colour reproduction.
