It could have been a mirror, but it looked like someone standing in the door then stepped back out of view. It didn't look like your reflection in a mirror because it stepped back before you did. It's hard to say if it was an actual person or a ghost do the out of focus video.

I agree with thesatchmanrules. When I was in high school, some friends of mine explored an old abandoned mental hospital near our home. We kept hearing footsteps, but never saw anything. When we looked at the video after, we caught what had been following us. There was a man, most likely homeless due to the state of his clothing, that could be seen in several shots. We did not see him while we were there, but that was because of how dark it was. The camera's "nightvision" ability was on.

I think the girl really captured something real. But I'm not ready to call it a ghost. It looked too "solid" to be an apparition. And I don't think it was her reflection either. The "ghost" moves out of frame while the girl is standing still(obviously in shock). Another thing I noticed was how the white part, the part everyone assumes is the light from the camera, appears way too dim. If it was a reflection, that light would be brighter and possibly reflect right back at us but it doesn't.
The girl turns and walks away in the opposite direction just a second before the lady holding cam runs down the stairs so i don't think it was a mirror.
