cool video. i tried to do the same thing with a Canon S2 also taking a picture every minute on a 10 hour trip. But at that rate, it'll only be a 600 frames and at 30 fps, that's about 20 seconds of video. Not so continuous looking ... did you have to reset your S2 with the 100 pics maximum also?
i'm going to try with a camcorder to add more frames but then that means more tapes.
yah the 1-minute minimum interval is restrictive, not fast enough for this kind of time lapse, and having to reset the camera stinks too. but for a built in feature on the camera the intervalometer is ok, a good start. this video is at 15 fps, the minimum frame rate i thought it still looked 'smooth'. if i were to have driven along straighter roads it would have looked even smoother.
nice job. i did mine with a sony handycam....
