Ah yes...Luis Aquino on Trumpet?? Yanni is actually a Flugelhorn =) The best trumpet player ever out of Puerto Rico. Luis records 90% of every CD that needs a Trumpet in a production. I've seen him record and shared stage and he plays effortlessly! When he records one part of a song and records it again to make a stereo effect you can't tell that he recorded the same piece twice...The guy is well respected and known at FIU where he studied. BTW FIU is where Arturo Sandoval teaches.......

Luis Aquino is a sheer genious when it comes to the flugelhorn. not only can he play it flawlessly, but with the emotion and stage presense. he easily is one of the best trumpet players of all time. just take a look between 5:55 and 6:00 at his playing fingers, he uses his lips for all those arpageos holy shit. definitly a genious

Luis Aquino is superb on Trumpet! Passion, precision and commitment. He plays this song as if it were his own. I have heard this song in several concert and have been following Yanni since his first concert in 1987 in Wiltern Theater in LA with Chalie Adams, Joyce Imbessi and yes...John Tesh on the second keyboard. I beleive you are looking at Yanni's best song ever here!

Perhaps because almoust all the time we play at B bemol or C trumpet. This is a Flugelhorn in B bemol, witch are fairly expensive, but worth it if you reach a high level.Anyway...this guy play amazing. I've been playing trumpet for 16 years...and i must tell that i've never play like that, too!
