White walls, what do you mean? If you're referring to the AFV's in 5:11, they are police vehicles, for crime and riot suppression and anti-terrorism. There's no point painting them camo colors as part of the purpose of those vehicles IS to be seen and show their presence to stop riots and stuff.

"White Walls" = white paint you put on the side of a vehicle's wheels.

The white paint is only for parades. Obviously, only an idiot would have white paint on the wheels of any military vehicle going into war in a green forest or brown desert. They only do that on parades to make the tank look clean. Much like who soldiers use WHITE GLOVES to look more dressed up.
