Disney played NO ROLE in the making and/or publishing of The Nighmare Before Christmas.

Now before you say anything about it, the only reason why it is in Kingdom Hearts is beacause Buena Vista Home Entertainment said they could.

Don't be dense. Touchstone IS Disney. Touchstone was created by Disney so they could farm out their less than kid-friendly films, but after they realized how Nightmare popular was, they started re-releasing Nightmare under Disney's name. (Buena Vista is also Disney, BTW)

Also, they funded, advertised, and created a whole studio (Skellington Productions) for the film, so I wouldn't say they had "no role in the making and/or publishing" it.
