  • Is it in the Bible, that a women can start a home Church and teach the bible?

  • We have started a house church as well. Small in number, but meet twice a week. We follow only the Bible and follow the lead of the Holy Spirit, not tradition. Blessings, Lynda

  • @phaxad Socrates says of the year 391 A. D.

"For although almost all Churches throughout the world celebrate the sacred mysteries [the Lord's Supper] on the Sabbath of every week, yet the Christians of Alexandria and at Rome, on account of some ancient tradition, refuse to do this.

    – "Ecclesiastical History," Book 5, chap. 22, page 289. London:1853.

  • @phaxad I am sorry but you just don't know your Bible: 2Kings 4:23, Isa 66:23, Matt 12:5, 24:20, Mark 1:21, 6:2, Luke 4:16 (!), 4:31, 6:6, 13:10, Acts 13:14, 13:44, 16:13, 17:2, 18:4 (!).

What you are saying is against the word of God.

  • LOL A religion of ONE man and "his theorys" of what a fake Bible means .

    They always 2 St Peter 3 16-17 themselves , J-Day will be fun .

  • by your own can you be a minister if we shouldn't work with a denomination ?

  • Forgive my ignorance, but I wanted to ask how do I suscribe to your channel?

  • @Ourfatherlovesus Just click the "subscribe" button above the video window. Thanks!

  • I somewhat disagree. In regards to the mega-churches. It is the responsibility of the shepherd to preach the Word. Jesus ministered to multitudes of people. I am not saying it is nothing wrong with home churches as I have been to a few in my local area but to say that all preachers are not teaching the Word I have to disagree on. The pastors need to just make a decision of how they will take care of their flock and not continue to compromise with the governmenst system.

  • jjpetkusiii - sorry to inform you - the all male cast of priests, pastors, popes, clergy and KING JAMES entourage. Seemed to have difficulty containing and controlling at least 12% of their clergy, let alone the under reported cases of sexual or physical abuse.

Men cannot handle the all crucial and important task of being an all male cast in leadership. They NEED and GOD commands that women and men lead together - That is called BALANCE! Rm 16

  • @flightofeagles You're wrong again.

Rome promotes a false "gospel" of "another Jesus" and "another Christ."

Show me one child who was molested by a paedophile popish Romanist "clergyman," and Pontifex Maximus Benedictus XVI, a former member of the Hitler Jugend, can give easily you the names of a thousand others. He personally protected one who sodomized 200 boys in Bavaria while he was moved from one parish to another so that he could do it again.

Rome is the great whore for whom you pander.

  • @flightofeagles

Legions of devils already hate the truth of the Holy Scriptures, and your paltry Alexandrian efforts to intrigue Biblical illiterates into despising the King James Bible because of your groundless speculations, pedantic sophistries, and egotistical faux "scholarship" will not even be recognized by most of Beelzebub's lackeys.

It is clear enough that you don't even believe that Holy Scriptures in their entirety are actually available to anyone except as a fool's guess.

  • @flightofeagles

As opsvideo2002 wrote, "It is funny when the truth of God's word confronts you and your false heresies, you accuse it of not being charitable and incorrigible. You should read your bible more often to know that when Jesus confronted the Pharisees, he didn't minced his words either. In John 8:44 Jesus called them children of the devil because they tried to find a way to kill HIm…For preaching and promoting heresy, the Apostle Paul says you are accursed."

  • @jjpetkusiii

TRUTH of SEXUAL ABUSE- in the male clergy or bible bashers. 12% and more, I guess that is it eh? They and others must feel real guilty for NOT stopping those nasty men. Men who have way more accountability because they BASH the hell over peoples heads.

Just like you and ops do. How interesting, you use the same strategy. Better watch yourself.

    Bye.

  • @flightofeagles

As Providential1611 wrote, "Catholicism…LITERALLY cut off [men's] heads, limbs, tongues, babies out of pregnant women, etc. Rome hates the King James Bible because it is OF GOD and exposes Rome for the cult it is. The Bible teaches us not to walk with heretics anyway, but to expose, mark, note and shun them. What you view as cultic and sectarian is simply Biblical obedience to be separate from idolaters, greedy people and peddlers of another Gospel."

  • @flightofeagles

When did you ever write a valid premise in English--or any other language for that matter?

As boggymark1 put it, "In part, the labarum symbolizes the Baalite antecedents of a religious system known today as Rome, the great whore, on whose Codex Vaticanus the 'modern versions' are based--unlike the King James Bible which is verbally inerrant in English"

Rome is the Mother of Harlots and Abominations according to Revelation 17, but obviously that is no problem for you.

  • Christians are everywhere. Many people want 'perfect" churches. But no church or person is perfect.

Always so interesting the protestants who jump from church to church just because they disagree with how others manage the bible or their worship.

A church - does NOT have to be a building. Do people NOT know how Jesus taught, in the open, on HIS walks and NOT in a building.

The early churches were IN HOUSES of the faithful. Romans 16.

  • @flightofeagles

Rome is the great whore according to the Holy Scriptures.

"And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration" (Revelation 17:6)

"And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth" (Revelation 17:18).

Believe the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ today, and be saved by grace through faith in the Son of God alone.

  • @flightofeagles

That post of yours, of course, has no exegetical bearing on any Biblical text, and it is sadly typical of your witless comments here in that respect.

Clearly, exegesis is not your forte, but salvation by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ alone is a free gift of God to all who believe.

The Messiah of Israel said, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16).

  • @phaxad Read Matthew 12:5 for priests. Col 2 is not talking about weekly sabbath. Weekly sabbath is there for our relationship with God - a special time. A blessing. It was there already before 10 commandments - read Exodus 16.

  • @phaxad Yes. We can meet on any day, but is that a new Sabbath command? Acts 17:2 and 18:4.

  • Comment removed

  • Also read 2 Kings 4:23 - don't believe those who tell you sabbath wasn't about worship - weekly sabbath was time to gather at the sanctuary. Also read Isaiah 66 - it's a prophecy. Plan for us in the future. Has God changed His plan?

  • yes the institutional church is apostate now, globally!

  • Talking about worldlyness - the day to go to church is The Sabbath. That is Saturday. Where does The Bible say God changed His 10 commandments? Jesus comes back for who? Those who keep His commandments.

Nowhere in The Bible do you find that commandments were changed. In fact, you can read in Acts how apostles went to synagoges on Sabbath days and spoke Jews and Greeks. And Greeks. It has not been changed by God. It has been changed by man over time. And btw, 4th command starts with "REMEMBER".

  • @tokintmash The commandments which Christians are to keep are listed in Romans 13:9. Keeping the Sabbath day is NOT one of them.

The early Christians met on the FIRST day of the week, which is Sunday. (John 20:19, Acts 20:7, and 1 Corinthians 16:1-2)

The Sabbath day was given to the Jews as a SIGN. (Ezekiel 20:19-20)

  • Comment removed

  • @husky394xp So by Romans 13:9 we ought to keep only 5 commands? Idolatry is not listed in Rm 13:9, are we cool with that? Rev 12:17, 14:12, 22:14 - is Jesus coming back for idolaters? No. Rm 13:9 also says "and if there be any other commandment". Are we really ought to keep only those that are listed?

Apostles meeting on other days does not make it a new law. Does it? Read Acts 17:2 and 18:4 - as the custom was and every Sabbath. They met every Sabbath.

  • Was Sabbath for Jews? Is there any logical reason? Why God created Sabbath? Ex 20:11 - For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth... - it's a memorial for creation. It has nothing to do with Jews. We should rest from our everyday work becuase it's an extra time for our relationship with God. And that's why satan hates it.

  • If Sabbath was cancelled then why says Jesus that pray that your flight be not in sabbath day? Matt 24:20. He was talking about the future. Why didn't He say that don't worry about the sabbath, because it'll be no more?

  • And look how the ten commandments were established. God wrote them in stone with His finger. After that these commandments were kept for centuries. And so ridiculously by Jews. Don't you think that if God would change it, He would make a similar event so that there would be no question? After all, it was something that people were so used to do.

  • Sabbath is also a sign yes - it'll be sign again in the last days. like in Book of Daniel - the way and time to worship will be an issue again. EU is alreay implementing Sunday law and Catholic church is supporting it.

  • @husky394xp And the ten commandments? What do you do with that?

Second, the early church people met EVERYDAY for they lived all together (Acts 2), second, on Sabbath, they usually went to the Temple so, what you say is wrong.

  • @tokintmash The law was clearly done away with. Read your Bible and stop listening to Ellen White.

  • @THISISBRENTINOKINAWA That's the thing - I read The Bible. There is no way around Matt 5:17,18. Earth and heaven still stand.

There are some who think that there are different criteria of salvation for Jews and Christians. But what is this idea based on? Where does this come from? What does this make God? A racist?

John 14:15; 1John 2:3,4; 1John 5:3 - these are written after Jesus. And again, Rom 13:9 says - and if there be any other commandment... Any other, not all except the fourth.

  • @tokintmash Amen! There is NO way around Matthew 5:17, 18. Agreed! Jesus fulfilled the law, so it is passed away! Read THE REST of the Bible. It'll be very helpful to you. And read it with your own brains, not sista Ellen's.

  • Yes, instead of replying, let's just flag it as spam :)

  • @tokintmash Romans 14:5

One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind.

  • @ConsciousCounseling The Bible is a whole. By ripping verses out of context we can "prove" absolutely anything. This verse does not speak about the weekly Sabbath. It speaks about gentiles and their customs. Please read all those passages I've posted earlier. The Sabbath command is one of the ten. Sin is a transgression of the law (1John 3:4) and if you brake one you break all of them (James 2:9-10).

  • Please read Romans. God's law is very much in effect and we must keep all the commandments. HOWEVER - it's not our works that make us do this, but it's The Spirit of God in us. Romans 8:3,4 - those who are very close to God, will keep all the commandment but it's not their works - it's God's.

The law is there to show us what sinners we really are. It is like a mirror where we can see the dirt in our face and come to understanding the we need cleaning. That we need grace.

  • Our ultimate goal should be to get so close with God that the law will not show any more dirt. This is what Jesus showed to us. And this is what Paul is saying in Romans.

  • @tokintmash You make the law so impossibly hard and structured even you cannot keep it. You are ridged and guilty of the same flaws the over litigious jews were. Be careful not to stumble over your own rigidity. Jesus taught in parables not only to escape early execution but also to show us the flexibility of his nature and of God's. Be careful of your tight judgement or you will be judged most tightly also.

  • @ConsciousCounseling You are missing the point I'm afraid. No man can keep the law in flesh, only Jesus in us can make this happen.

For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

    -Romans 8:3,4

  • Jesus did not come just so that we can keep sinning. He came so that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us.

  • @tokintmash I have seen that the very brothers in Christ in order to be right have upped the anti so far beyond what is reasonable that even they cannot live by the general consensus and this is very much like the example of the Jews failure that was given to us as example. For instance, you probably cannot respond without a rebuke or a correction. This cannot be the way it was supposed to be. Everyone wants to be right and justified but this can not be so across the board.

  • @ConsciousCounseling Pharisees had forgotten about the importance of grace, although the Old Testament is full on grace. Today the majority of Christians do not understand the importance of law, although the law has been there since creation. But they are equal. There can be no sin without the law and grace is not needed without sin. Adam and Eve could have not sinned if there weren't the law.

  • Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

    -2Pet 3:11,12

Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

    -Rev 22:14

Is the law important or not?

  • Thank you... all people are saved already the original sin is just something you made up..

  • this is a move which time has come - from one home church/school-er to another

  • Amen!

  • This was an excellent series on the pitfalls to avoid in establishing a home church with great tips on how to make one a good one too. I liked the emphasis on the King James Bible and the need to recognize the purpose of the church is to go out into the world to evangelize.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience from the home church you attend and preach in.

  • People shouldn't start churches. Jesus started one with apostles and this is enough.

  • @LetTheHolySpiritIn The Catholic doctrine of the universal church is heretical.
