I think a solid pvp platform will make or break this game. Fromt what I see, this pve 'dungeon' gameplay is similar to warcraft but instead of dragons replace with robots. Roles and even spells are similar. I'll try it, but I think GW2 is going to be the refreshing change.

I remember them saying that, but I think it was in the context of questing and fighting low level trash. In an epic boss battle, you're going to need a party.

It could be strange to 1v1 endgame bosses.

Were you not aware that the game was an MMO? Or do you simply not understand the genre and why things are a certain way opposed to other action titles? Im noticing that most of the people saying this game looks bad are people who are uninformed and simply don't know much of anything about the MMORPG market. Those who have known what this game was supposed to be from the start and have a background in MMO gaming are pretty impressed with it, especially the full voiceacting

it and will go back to WOW. There will be tons of new gamers who grew up on star wars like I did. STOR will attract and undoubtdly keep them. Im sorry to say WOW killer people..but get ready for a repeat of the 1980s COKE vs PEPSI wars. These games wont kill each other at all. I see a war coming , its going to be a fun one to watch.

I am not a WOW fan , I played it though for a few months. I also have played SWG pre cu ,NGE, and Dark Age of Camelot. While I have not played beta SWTOR yet , I like what I see. I say this will be no WOW killer. My reasons are fantasy era preference , difference in fan types. I think STOR will become a monster game in its own right. While some like trolls and goblins ect ect. There are others who like bounty hunters , sith , and jedi. STOR will steal a few WOW players , some of them wont like

i almost said that the graphics are awesome but then i saw the gameplay in the vault or sumthing. Gameplay looks boring when the bigger guy comes in otherwise it looks fun basic wow combat.
