I watched both of the CrossTalks where Peter Lavelle hosted a debate between Finkelstein and Mr. Dan and both were exactly the same. Lavelle cut off Dan whenever Finkelstein wanted to talk and cut Mr. Dan both times for the break. Its just bad manners and bad form. I think the real issue is that the program is simply not long enough for this debate.

What i do not approve of is that Jews accepted the 1947 partition plan, even though it was demographically unfair on the Jews, and the Arabs within invaded them and then the arab neighbours did the same in May 1948. I watched both of the CrossTalks where Peter Lavelle hosted a debate between Finkelstein and Mr. Dan and both were exactly the same. Lavelle cut off Dan whenever Finkelstein wanted to talk and cut Mr. Dan both times for the break. Its just bad manners and bad form. Many of Dan's points were based on decisions by the "Israeli Supreme Court", which means he's citing when Israel simply doesn't want to agree with international law, so international law is wrong and "can't" be used in this situation or that.
