  • Dude, You are gonna have lots of issues if you keep deadlifting like that!

  • Great video. Thanks for sharing.

  • on the back comments lets be realistic with 60kg's your not going to hurt your back. overtime as you complete circuits the body tends to tire which is what i was going for here, trying to mimic the effects of an mma fight. to include postural hypertension effects on the body. In an mma fight you can be on the deck on and on your feet in seconds you could be explosive as in kicking or using strength to control the clinch. As a solo conditioning drill this was set at level 1 .

  • @franniebla Regardless of how light you think 60kg is, if your back is rounding like that, then its too heavy for you. No shame in dropping the weight for the sake of better form. Just thinking of your back.

  • Dude - read all da post!!!

  • dude learn to deadlift

  • No a rear naked choke, take it u don't actually compete professionally either - try it... thou I am guessing u would really hate someone fighting back!!! Pmpl normalnamesplz - (dickhidingbehindalias)

  • @constrictedtruth - maybe u should be more concerned with ur own achievements in sport wot are they again?

  • Check out da fight this training woz for - Paul Ramos vs Gareth Carder (who woz an international level black belt judo player) it is a long, painful and tough fight which is why I did 6 sets of these circuits without rest, this woz da final set, try it out ... thanks to all for ur comments and my back is fine, and I will be fighting again soon, hopfully defending my British Title? Keep da comments coming, good and bad it helps me better my training for the sport I love, train hard, fight harder

  • Bet he had a sore back the following day.

  • How were the owners of the facility with you swinging a sledghammer over their floor? The routine looks good, keep going man. Where can I find some mma events going on in the UK?

  • @jacks0003 ` shock and awe` thats run in portsmouth in hampshire is a good show , run by south coast submissions who are considered to have one of the best training facilities in the south , run by Brian Adams cage rage champ.

also look up `bamma ` for prob one of the best mma shows

  • @jacks0003 You hit the big black rubber object shaped like a tyre! not many miss it!

  • don't let anyone get into your head. Keep up the good work keep the negativity out! think positive and keep training hard! Stay Focused.

  • bad dead lift...but that s just my opinion.

  • @duxante ya bad dead indeed good way to injure yourself before a fight do to bad tech

  • As 4 me being a loser :- I am now a National champion in MMA; 5 wins with 1 lose at full pro mma rules; Fighting 4 my next National title soon; and av 1 of da strongest necks and BACKS any 70kg fighter cud wish 2 av. if u want 2 test dat come down my gym :- DRAGONS ACADEMY, monk st, DERBY, ENGLAND.

  • @donpaulramos1975 Fair play mate, haters will hate, keep trainin hard

  • @donpaulramos1975 a true champion never show off with their "big" back or "neck". eg: mirko cro cop, Fedor, and many other...

  • @donpaulramos1975

"national" at 5-1? What organization? Haha.

    Oh wait, England, nevermind.

  • @donpaulramos1975 what that 1 loss a horrible knockout?

might be a explanation why you type like a 13 year old girl

  • I must apologies bout da deadlift, when we finally Recorded da set, I had already completed 5 sets - when my coach suggested he would record it, so by da 6 set without a break in between sets i woz completely spent and just wanted da pain 2 stop, hence da sub-standard form.

  • Improve the deadlift form or you will def fuck your back.

  • @stratocaster1986able Ya his deadlift form is horrible hes going to completely ruin his back in a matter of 6 months - 1 year based on what i learned in my personal training class, have now been a personal trainer for 2 years.

  • @xxbpattxx his form is irrelevant, he is not training for power lifting or body building, he is training for fighting. I have been a personal trainer and mma coach for 12 years, and his back will be fine. how many guys do you see in a match that lift and slam a guy with their backs flat or arched?

if one is well conditioned and experienced at lifting, even dead lifting like that will pose no threat, especially at that light weight.

However if it is someone just starting out form is needed

  • @trainer2386 Form is always relevant, sorry to burst your bubble

  • @floopy1, yeah no doubt, when i first started training in kickboxing i puked twice haha

some pretty intense shit you gotta do to train for a fight haha

  • Where Can I Find A Tire Like That At?

  • This cat sure can fight , thats some intense workout

  • For those of you who think this guy is a loser..understand this is NOT a bodybuilding workout. This is not about how much you can lift. This is about CONDITIONING for a fight. I train big bodybuilders on stuff like this a lot and most of them cant even finish the workout! Some pass out and a lot of them start puking! Try it! this shit is hard core!!

  • hey AntonioQM is like to see you do that its not how much the weight weighs its what you do with it and reps make a youtube video of you doing this i train like this its not easy shit at all

  • Deadlift with 60 kilos????

    Looser.

  • @AntonioQM It's not bodybuilding. Randy Couture uses even less weight, and he's killed just about everyone in UFC.
