I wish he was in the KOF series. He's a real good character to use that isn't overpowered like some KOF bosses...(Magaki, Shion). They already have a Garou team..why not add more from there?

How do you alter the timing on the annotes when adding them? Everyone else seems to have it down.

Look for two yellow brackets above the time-slider when editing an annotation. However, it gets hard to fine-tune the timing on long videos.
