  • it's a junk toy! I will never buy it any more!

  • @sergehivrenko lol your retarded..this helps people who cant play piano still be able to write piano for there songs..this thing honestly has sooo many capability..if you think it sucks thats just cause your not a musician or not a very talented one at least lol

  • @ENDVash .this helps people who selling it! I start play piano & guitar when i was 6 years old, now i'm 33! I thing it is big experience!!!

You rock guitar is sucks because it's just a toy! I just bought it, and first string not working already! also audio out doesn't work ! what next? Now I have no idea what i spend money for?!

  • @sergehivrenko if what you say is true im sure they would replace your unit they seem like a very understand company i havent got one yet myself but im planning on buying one when i get paid..there are many musicians who love there you rock guitars im not sure why you hate it

  • Are the strings velocity sensitive?

  • Rocksmith will put this out of business

  • good

  • Does it detect if your playing up or down?

  • Ffs. I google this. 150 USD. I'll just buy the fricken guitar hero controller.

  • I bought one of these controllers from the you rock web site.Thinking it would suffice my need for a guitar shaped midi controller to control softsynths. While it does,it has NO sustain input on the guitar..The Midi out doesn't send CC# 64(sustain)So if you need to sustain chords via a sustain pedal, you're out of luck,.Tried to return it for a refund, but the you rock or (you suck) people refuse to process a refund. If your needs require a sustain pedal,do not buy this controller.you'll be sorry!

  • Real guitars is hard to get these days.... Thank the underworld for this amazing gift!! Pffffffff..........

  • im going to get one of these to use with reason 4 because midi pickups are expensive and need to work through a Roland GR 20 to go into the computer and this thing is 200 bucks and has usb right in it

  • another corporate scam that makes us lazy americans feel talented and worth something... why not buy a cheap guitar, put some effort forward, and be a real musician. i feel like this would limit your ability to learn the full spectrum of guitar, as people who pick this up to learn will not be able to differentiate between B # and orange.... i also highly doubt the ability to do tap solos, pinch harmonics or harmonics in general. plus you will never learn how to properly tune the guitar.

  • @AcidSunBassist What about people who can already play? Or people who aren't quite sure if they want to learn to play or not? Also, I believe there is a "tap" mode, but you might be right about the harmonics. I think its a cool idea, and I'll probably be picking one up for recording purposes. I just love the idea of being able to play all my software instruments with a guitar

  • Really wish you had spoken up, I couldn't really hear past that loud shirt! Nonetheless fanfrickentastic guitar! ;-)

  • @shield400 HAWWW!! GOOD one !! I myself was so mesmerized by his Wall

Of Hair that I couldn't hear anything he said. Wonder what his Hare Care product

expenses are in a given month.

  • the prive is 199

  • but whats the price??????

  • @triax57 I agree. Most things put way too much emphasis on the game controller functions of this. I mean, THIS THING IS A MIDI CONTROLLER! With velocity control to boot! This would be the perfect instrument for many musicians!

  • this is the easy way out learn on a real guitar...

  • can u learn how to play reall guitar with that?

  • For playing games, this guitar is supposed to give you a more guitaristic feel when you play, hitting strings versus strumming a paddle. I have an Xbox 360 and a Wii, and I am also a guitar player. I am going to try this YRG.

  • If i saw somebody doing a guitar cover with this, I would slap them in their face.

    -.-

  • No lefty :(

  • @Dagamerguy Not in your Opinion. In your Situation.

  • @Dagamerguy it's for people who want to LEARN. But I agree the price is asking too much. $150 sounds more reasonable.

  • @donvito7534 No, it can do much more than teach. This is a FULL-FLEDGED MIDI CONTROLLER, GUYS! Standalone instrument + MIDI + Video game controller = this thing. $200 is a GREAT pricetag for this thing.

  • @Dagamerguy i have 6 real guitars and 2 guitar hero controllers. these are so aweomse. there is plent of reason to go and buy one of these. portable, good for recording on pc programmes. its usb, 100 different presets and more.

  • @Dagamerguy Then why watch this? Or, did you just come here to troll & make the shallow comment!?

  • wait will this work for xbox 360! he only said wii or ps3.

  • blah,

its for all systems with different cartridge thingy like said in other vids

  • its probably universal, so i would think that it would work for the 360

  • my god. i must have it.

  • I want it !

  • meh...removable neck...

  • 179-199 ouch and they said it would be a low price

  • U KIDDING? its a guitar AND a controller

  • well look at it this way... a rugular guitar like a beginer strat is going to run for about 350 bucks... and with this you get all the distortions and it has many functions yea its not cheap for a guitar hero guitar but hell its practically a real guiat

  • No lol Beginner strats are about 129$

  • @consoz55

Squier starts are that much. Squier sucks ass.

  • @0Sprotret yep I agree but you can make do with them for a beginner, like I said

  • @consoz55

If you're looking for a good beginner guitar try a Dean Playmate. It's not bad and better than squire, they cost around the same too.

  • @0Sprotret I'm actually not looking for a beginner guitar. i was saying if a beginner guitar you want go for one of those.

  • hey, im thinking about buying the you rock guitar to use as a midi controller. Is it velocity sensetive? that is, does it output lower velocity midi notes when played softly, and higher velocity midi notes when you play harder?

  • I'm getting this thing!!

  • thats hot!
