Reason #2 for wearing helmets: Ducks see you coming and dive under the water at the last second. A little splash of water comes up and hits you square in the face. No shit. This has happened to me more than once. A drop of water at these speeds is like a pie in the face.

I fucking love this video. I couldn't tell you how often I've seen it. You must know the boat owners? You show the same boats in many of your shoots. That's not a complaint by the way lol.

If your ass is in the water the local Sheriff well throw that ass of yours in Jail. The river is closed during the races and no one is allowed in the water for good reason. The boat would simply run you over or wreck in the process of trying to avoid you. It is a blast though your right a true ADRENALINE RUSH!!

Thaks Scrubs2u the camera setup is a two piece unit. The lens attached to rollbar is a fixed lenes. The video is then recorded to seperate unit behind the driver. We've tried rolling lenes that use gyros but the vibrations turn the video picture into jello.
