Here, Len takes out his frustration on the new tenant, Kaito, by forcing him into the same swimsuit. The Rins barge in, asking what Len is doing with her "present to him" (the swimsuit), then finds Kaito's underwear on the floor and forces Len to wear them! Hence the part where Len suddenly sings in underwear. :)

I know what happens here, Len plus Tako!Luka goes on a crazy rampage like the two Rins did, plays(you can take this any way you wish, I think I heard a bleep and the word pervert here) with Kaito, two Rins show up, Len gets pissed, Rins play with Len AND Kaito...Tako!Luka, Len and Kaito leave,Gackpo enters and the Rins play with him too. That sums this up pretty well. I love this series, so randomly evil.
