I bought my UCG102 and I cant get past the rebooting part of the installation.... I have to return it because Behringer makes it very hard to contact them... I don't have a lot of time and I already spent 4 hours trying... and yes I have a very nice and up to date computer.. I hate to bring it back after seeing you video... The Energy xt2 downloaded in seconds but I cant get the Guitar Combo to work..... You did a GREAT JOB on your vid... Thanks

does this take latency out of it? every time i pluck a string it takes a second to hear what i played =( but think Thats because im using a laptop and using a standard jack to 3.5mm converter plugged straight into the microphone input lol

Do i need some extra sound card or something like that for my computer? I heard some people whine about delay and i suppose its because of bad sound cards.

@runingwolflexan Can be, I have this and with a Delay so I suppose it's my sound card..

Gonna try it with another PC soon. Problem is I can't sync my music with my guitar play. there's always 0.2 sec delay :(

@bloosniper Can't help you...And can't recommend you anything that is firing a medium budget, every MIDI device that has good tone, software etc. costs more than 150$...

Hi, I already installed the latest ASIO driver for the usb interface, and followed each of the installation instructions on the manual. But it doesn't make any sound, all I hear (on both AC Box Combo and Reaper) is some popping scratches. Do you have any idea of why this could be happening? Thanks.

@mechamodiego try plugging the USB device into another USB port. plug/unplug. sometimes that solves the no audio problem. you can also try turning the volume up in the software itself AC Box/whichever version you selected. hopefully this helps. we have hundreds of items we often feature on our website and since we are busy we really can't provide much technical support. hope this helps - stormsector staff

the effects pedal i have does not have a usb interface, and i really hate using my built-in sound card as it gives bad sound quality. Does the sound quality of my pedal become better if i plug it in via this device? it is mainly because i record alot of stuff via my computer and i cant afford anything too fancy. Can you please answer this as soon as possible as i am about to buy it. Thank you!

@Molen It has been reported to work with pod farm, amplitube, etc. It may not be the same sound as a high end preamp but its reported to work. We have not tested it on every software title though.

is it possible to loop a wah wah with this? Say add the wah before I plug the guitar into this?

@sherab108 The link accepts a 1/4 inch plug so basically you can chain anything you want. However, note that effects frequency wise from the software may not give you the sound you want from the wah device. You can also run a multi effects pedal as we tried and just see if your happy with the outcome. There are no limits its up to the individual. Note that not everyone that plays guitar is a recording artist and they might just be looking for acceptable sounds and effects. Good luck.

@camcamcamable For the price and size yes its awesome especially if you have a good headset and a decent computer. You will get good sound and some decent stock effects although nothing near a 400 dollar guitar pedal type effects. Visit the manufacturers site to see a list of the stock effects this thing has. We were unable to show all of them due to technical problems, but it has good sound and for private listening or people that don't have room for a full size amp - this is the thing 4 them!
