Yeah he's Australian, but every now and then he has hints of British/ American/ everywhere else accents in his voice. I read somewhere it has to do with his Asperger's but sometimes it's obviously put-on (I forget which, but there's an interview his voice changes significantly with each question he answers, like he's just trying to have fun). Also, someone commented on this video a while ago saying that apparently he said in an interview he has the strange accent because of TV.
