  • This is great! i was born in 1959, and I remember learning to open doors and windows before a tornado strikes.. I also remember tornado drills in school. Thanks for posting.

  • lol

thats all i have to say

  • wow what a tip at 1:16 lol a quarter and a penny.

  • looks like a half-dollar or dollar coin..they used them back then

  • i know..i was just pointing out how cheap things were back then

  • The Scottsbluff, NE tornado of 6/27/55 is included along with the Corn and Warner-Robbins footage.

  • 500 M.P.H? Bit of a slight hyperbole, isn't it?

  • If Dr. Fujita were alive today, i bet he would laugh at this.

  • Well, he probably saw it, seeing how it was made in 1956. I mean back then no one knew shit about tornadoes. So he probably laughed at it anyhow!

Sorry for the stupid approval setting on the comments, some of my videos are still under that setting because I was trying to filter out those stupid chain letters. All my twister vids are now back to automatic commenting.

  • Love the panic music.

Makes you wanna hyperventilate into a paper sack!

  • The footage at the 5:04:00-5:12:00 mark of part 2 is from Warner-Robbins GA April 30, 1953. Reportedly, the person filming the shot was one of the victims of the twister.
