That's without doubt Norwegian. Just look at the subtitles at 1:00. The subtitle there icludes the letters Æ and Ø. In Sweden they have the Æ and Ø "sound" (if I can call it that), but they write those letters like this instead: Ä and Ö (Like you can see, A and O with two dots at the top).
