  • holy shit

  • 6:53 as in the words of Samuel L. Jackson:this is motherfucking time when you need to call upon the Justice League,Avengers and Chuck Norris save you from the motherfuckng giant skeleton woman!

  • Damn I'm not surprise about the body horror transformation of Sandra it was animated after all by a Japanese company...I've seen worse watch Urotsukidoji and Akira!

  • So, if you want to defeat Meltar, just knock him on his back?

I think this cartoon didn't last long because it was just too dark compared to other shows at the time. If they rebooted it today, it would work well on Adult Swim today...

  • @brinpol They need to put this on Adult Swim.

  • Damn, this shit was DARK!

  • Thumbs up if James Rolf brought us here.

  • 4:02 Oh that face Metlar does!

  • Kratos can easily take on all 3 Inhumanoids.

  • @jagarcia0705

I'm agree! In fact would be cool a crossover between them!

  • @mudmarox Kratos would use The Blades of Athena to wrap around the neck of Meltar & slam him to the ground. Then leap on Meltars' head & stab him in one eye really fast. Meltar would grab Kratos & swallow him whole. Instead of dying Kratos would force Meltars' mouth open, then in a split second Kratos will use The Sword of Olympus & stab him in the brain.

  • @jagarcia0705

You have put way too much thought into this, jagarcia0705.

    Also? That's really fanwanky.

  • Holy fucking shit!

  • Nightmare Fuel.

  • @NotOrdinaryInGames No, High Octane Nightmare Fuel.

  • I gotta say, when I was a kid, I thought "Inhumanoids" was awesome. Now I see this episode, and it's the creepiest damn thing I've ever seen. Could make a great horror movie. :-D

  • That would have scared the daylights out of me if I were younger than I was when it this came out. Skeletonized woman=a bad day.

  • Lol, Metlar's phlegm was lava............how ingenious!! Love them 80's cartoons!!

  • Many 80's cartoons had a somewhat sadistic tone to'em......and this was one of'em, which is why it was so GREAT!!

  • And then is why I ask myself why the men need those gas-mask-helmet things and the poor woman runs rampant without any face set protection ._.

  • D'COMPOSE!!!!!

Horrifying as fuck....but do damn cool!!! Best character of this short lived series for sure.

  • wow back when i was a kid i remember getting sooo freaked out when she turns into a monster lol

  • That's hilarious!! "His eyes!!... Their hypnotic... Look away!!" Why in the world would a giant lava throwing monster need hypnotic eyes!!?? That's is one funky power combo!

  • The evil that lies within!!?? Thats awesome! Dude, who wrote that stuff?!

  • @superginormous The writers name is Flint Dille!!! He also wrote the screenplays for: An American Tail: Fievel Goes West & The Transformers: The Movie (1986), according to Wikipedia!!!

  • my grandmother had Metlar when i was a

    kid

  • One of them sounds like springer from transformers

  • Yep. Herc Armstrong. Same voice actor! What's funny is I saw this before I saw Transformers so I said, "Hey! That green one sounds lie Herc!"

  • how did we ever watch this when we were kids eh? shit is scary

  • the cut out a lot of this show

  • How traumatic for Blackthorne to see his sis turned into a walking pile of rigormortis, lol!

  • I love how Metlar digs in his throught to take out a gob of volcanic phlegm (that's what I call it, lol) and throws it at his enemies, so cool! D-compose comes in at a close 2nd tho'! :-)

  • Metlar is so GANGSTA!! I love him man!!!

  • And there it is; the moment when my fragile young sanity snapped for good.

  • @Decepticonx7 Took you that long, did it? Sanity, We never had such a usesless thing to begin with. XD

  • Sandra was even cuter in the comic, which made this scene all the better. Actually, no, wait - this scene pretty much WARPED MY MIND FOREVER.

  • I always had a crush on Sandra...even though she didn't keep her helmet on like she should've. Oh well.

  • The Humane Society came up with similar cartoon about giant creatures who treated pets badly. They were called the Inhumaneoids.

  • lol

  • man i couldn't help but laugh at metlar having to reach down his throat to get his fireballs.

  • Metlar says he hasn't seen the metal creatures before, then D'Compose tells him those are metal shells with surface dwelling slugs inside. But at the end of the last episode Metlar called them metal shells around surface dwelling slugs, it should be delicious.

  • old age does harsh things to women

  • I guess Metlar is part metal?

And damn that D'Compose! The no good stupid undead bastard of a dinosaur...they better be able to change Sandra back.

  • Yeah, Metlar' s being Metal is the source of his invulnerability, and his two weakness: Electromagnetism, and Water which causes him to "rust" thus paralyzing him.

  • Decompose x Tendril = OTP!

  • The mighty Metlar can't get up when he's flipped on his back LOL

  • Turt-lar

  • Awesome.

  • It's on DVD in the UK with all 13 episodes on a 2 disk set. Rhino did release 2 DVD's in the US, the first with the Evil That Lies Within 5 parter and the following 4 episodes on the proceeding disk. Unfortunatily Rhino didn't release the last 4 though. The Rhino disks are likely to be out of print now.

  • Mettalor: "hrrmmm I have not seen those metal creatures before"

haha best line so far in the series!

  • man, i've waited 20 years to see this!

  • I cant believe someone actually has these, and in such great quality too. Oh man I remember this one, when the chick gets turned into a monster from Decompose, voiced by the legend Chriss Latta. My cousin had almost all the heroes and all the big monsters, in fact I stole the red, yellow, and blue good guy from him!

  • I always remembered this one too and I always thought "that's why you keep your helmet on when you're supplied with a helmet"

  • Great...this guy stole from his own cousin. -_-

  • That is one ugly !@#$ing woman.

  • Dude... that is really f'ed up

  • I guess it was just me, but I always thought it was sexy that D-Compose transformed Sandra into a monster.

  • There's an episode later on where he falls in love with her (!) and transforms her again. They end up doing a waltz together in his subterranean temple! It's seriously mind-bending.

  • I guess that mean she does get changed back. But it wasn't enough that the freak did it this time?

  • @Gidoen2K1 waha ^u^ dude!

  • @Gidoen2K1 That's a weird fetish you've got there.

  • @Gidoen2K1 Hmmm yeah...who wouldn't argue that a woman who develops more holes in her body than average would inevitably become sexier by default?

  • agreed. hehe

  • I always thought D-Compose was scary with an evil power like that. Also, Metlar with his lava mouth and Tendril's tentacles gave me the creeps too. All 3 were equally scary.

  • man thanks for posting these old cartoons I have been looking for these shows for years, I feel like I'm 5 years old again! It was awesome to me back then, 22 years later it's still awesome!

  • She was really creepy looking and sounding when she became a zombie monster.

  • Yep. Still messed up. Man that gave me the creeps when they made her a monster.

  • Actually there not that scary, they're cute!!! for an oversized monster

  • It scared the crap out of me back then when I was a child!!! Thats how I handled that! :p

  • Whoa....Sandra transformed into a giant zombie...how did the kids handle that? :o
