Legalization of drugs and prostitution is totally correct. But on the question of whether homosexuals should be allowed to marry, the answer is none of the above.
Government should not be in the business of Marriage in the first place. Marriage is a cultural and/or religious institution, Civil Union's are the answer, it is a secular legal agreement similar to marriage but is simply not named marriage. Thus it does not collide with religious doctrine, nor does it promote it.

If it says you can't drive after taking the medicine then it is up to the employer to keep that person from working that day or put him or her in another position. I'm not going to deny a sick person their medicine but that medicine is mind altering or makes a person physically incapable of staying awake, then that person need to take disability + stay home

Drugs should not be legalized or marketed. It should be given away for free at Clinics so it can be administered by professionals and safely. Take the profit out of drugs and you will no longer have crime involving drugs. Make private industry and government agencies instill urine testing for their employees. Drug addicts usually don't want to work or take care of families anyway, just give them free drugs. Working people have to stay clean to keep jobs.

We all have the right to choose what we will do or not do. It's for the individual to decide, not the government. Just because something is made "legal" doesn't mean there will be a sudden shortage of meth that is available. Most people either know or are made aware of the physical consequences of doing meth.
