II might be bryozoans , look up my video "touring a fossil bryozoan reef " . The other rock is minerals that look like fossils .I think they are called dendrites? They are sold at rock / fossil shows .That was a nice example . look up "Dry Dredgers" to see my fossil video list 50+.
