Sometimes when I'm home alone, I just have a meltdown and let everything out that I've been holding back. Mostly it involves a lot of screaming into a pillow, stomping my feet, throwing things, and sometimes crying. I feel really refreshed and cleansed when I'm done. I wish I could release all the emotional crap whenever I want, regardless of who is around me, but...all I can do is let it all build up and then let it out when I'm home alone.
