this has been answered before (below), but it's Peach Plum Pear by Joanna Newsom, after which we named the piece. (I did the editing and sound effects composition. And I'm so happy so many people appreciate it!!)
a while - she planned out every move, sometimes working out the sounds with me one by one - but she is just gifted like that. it all seems so effortless.
The first thing I wanted to do when I watched this video was hack against the videographer, but after watching the video, I felt that it was really fun to watch it through their eyes, to focus on what they found interesting. It's a little wonky at times, but overall I appreciate the performance and I guess what can be attributed as cinematography.
I'm into steampunk and I didn't get it...at all...I must be turning into a drudge and losing all of my creativity.
