I have a problem with my controller, it has a reaction delay - for example when Im playing MW3 and I move my analog, it takes about 1 second before it actually moves on the screen = 1 second reaction delay. Which makes it virtually impossible to play.

It would be nice if you showed how you disassembled the xbox. I'm not sure how to remove the layer thats underneathe the faceplate, and covering the RF module.I don't want to break the plastic.

@blastofo For those needing instructions on disassembling the console so that you can swap this part, there is a user named wearethemodz who has a video called "RF module change", and he gives clear step by step instructions on taking it apart. It's easy, just a lot of little steps you gotta do. His video, and this video resolved my controller sync issue. Now i'm up and running again :)

Yes you usualy should be able to get it over eBay and how much in USD ??

The Euro is usaly 50% stronger then the USD so it might cost you around $20 mayby more mayby less. Just look in eBay for the " RF Unit " there you should find some.

wait a sec is it spinning ot flashing ? if the controller spin then you have press the synhron button check if the button is pressed by exident. it can be that you controller ist not conectet to you 360. So turn on the 360 press the sync button on the 360 then turn on you controller and press the sync button on the controller then it sould work.

The controller ist not spinning only the Xbox it self at start, I think you mean you controller ist not lighting up right ? then then recheck you battery box sometimes the box when it is only a bit lifted ( not filly insert ) have no conection to the controller so no power. If you have the chance go to a gamestore and ask them that they plugin the Charge&Play inside to check if the controler is brocken or if is is only the battery box.

The Problem is he is lifting the RF but like you have see I have even exchange it and then put it back and if still have not work. So if for someone the lift fix is working then is is a GRATE thing. If not ... get a RF Unit ;-)
