@joshauhines36539 With lean mass building and fat loss, you will use Myotein a bit differently. You will still take it after your workouts, but you will not need to incorporate any extra carbs. With fat loss, you should plan to eat smaller, protein rich meals more frequently (every 2.5 to 3 hours) rather than any big meals. A serving of Myotein can be taken as one of those small meals. Try to get at least 20-30g of protein per meal (depending on your weight)
