Not sure what your corporate spec is, but I would have preferred a tray on a tray jack carrying the setting, also a second table cloth underneath. The silverware wouldn't have had to be carried in the arms, which is probably not health code, and would not have disturbed the neighboring table. Also you forgot to take the previous cloth, which you could have bussed with the tray. More elegant. YOu have some skill.

Not shot in fast forward. Have sat in the same booth as the cameraman and watched the same show! This guy REALLY is that fast (and he usually is quietly singing to himself)! He rocks!
