As I said in another comment on another video of yours, never give up! You didn't win the mayor's race, but you didn't come in last, either! I hope to see you involved in city politics at a later date. NEVER GIVE UP!!!

Eric, at first I thought you were a complete idiot. After listening to you in the debates I realized you were a pretty smart fella. I respect you for being fearless, but I can't vote for you because of your socialist stance. You seem like a smart guy and you will have a bright future if you broaden your horizons and read other types of literature and political view points. Socialism is dead, history is proof of it. You should know it.

The socialist stance is that of a straw man, not myself. Applying a pure theory of socialism or free markets is inappropriate. A mixed economy balancing the interests of public and business makes for much better management of a community.

Socialism is alive and well. What about Hilary Clinton and Obama pushing for universal health care? Isn't that socialism coming out the ear? Not only is socialism alive, it's sucking the country dry. San Diego is evidence of that given the financial crisis we're in!
