In Canada the hiring of men is shunned. Generally it is women that dominate the HR field and llok for reasons to hire females and reason to exclude males. We are in a reverse discrimination mode and the powers that be have not caught on yet. To top it off, women are much more discriminatory than males ever were and exclusive as well based on gender.
