I use Daemon Tools, because it's the first one I heard of, and everyone gives it good reviews. 64 Bit support, and Vista support too.

ya man Daemon is awesome. Inorder to rip your isos off to your pC use poweriso though. To extract its awesome

Use Alcohol to rip isos and mouth them
you can have 6 virtual drives with alcohol as well

I also use Daemon Tools, very easy to use compared to other software and just as (if not more) powerful.

Alcohol 52% is a good iso emulator...

Got it becuase a freind recommended it. Also its free! It's easy to use and works well. It allows up to 6 virtual drives and works by seearching for iso files on your computer: you then just double click on it to lauch the iso from the Alcohol 52% browser. Not sure about Alcohol 120% but I think it has the same features but also allows burning of DVDs.
