My suggestion was to raise the speed limit for 18 wheelers to 70 in California instead of 55. Any driver paid by the mile would get an instant raise yielding more tax revenue from higher wages. 50 cents a mile x 15 mph= $7.50 an hour raise for every big truck in California.
