Yes. As you progress through the difficulties the effectiveness is reduced. On The Boss Extreme it is less than 10 seconds.

I saw both parts of your video

the Part 1 is good

but some of part 1 and Part 2 is not special

because you used Big Boss Emblem

Not necessarily. It still involves timing & placement to scare the guards. If you're too far away from the required position, then you cannot trigger the desired effect. This will usually result in the Alert phase. You can try it yourself & find out. A prime example is the roll in Act 2 on vid 1. Or just try substituting a roll instead of the Solar Gun on the other guard I show in vid 1. It is actually possible to scare him as you exit the roll! Then you'll know. It's very easily discredited.
