captain blair, any tips on how to fish? like ... when u know a fish is near ur bait , wat do we do to make it actually go for it?

@senglit Using FINS braid will allow you to feel your bait getting nervous as a predator is eyeing them for lunch. When you feel the bait jumping more, grab the line between your fingers to get even more sensitivity to feel the bite. If you're using circle hooks, it won't matter. Just let the fish hook itself.

@senglit I would go with a D.O.A. deadly combo instead of catfish catching dead shrimp . . . the deadly combo is a D.O.A. shrimp under a popping cork. Throw it out on the edges of grass flats or channels and pop it a couple of times and wait. Trout and redfish will hit the shrimp on the fall.
