The anime short "Gala" on the collection "Genius Party Beyond" makes very good use of the Ritmica Ostinata.

Wonderful indeed, and very japanese (I'm saying that because some asian composers I know are very influenced by European classical music, but this one is really original).

And your division in 3 parts is actually very convinient, even if the original one isn't like that :)
