i had this problem to then i found out it was lime wire Microsoft essentials and malaware bytes it takes to much memory and it makes your computer go slower then it makes it crashmaybe you got to many programs and downloads
@eldernater Thanks for the suggestion I will see what i can do :) i sorted it partly but it still does it and I also have microsoft and malaware thanks anyway
