Warszawa isn't really "horrible" its just that the buildings are a bit dirty and the architecture is mixed up (baroque revival next to Socialist Realism, really?) in some places. The Stare Miasto is charming, though.
@Jakub2610 I love it :) it's a new growing city, it's expected to have mixed buildings. I've really learnt to appreciate it in the last few times I've been. However, I still feel like there isn't much to do :p
@BarbaraT88 OHH if different Polish people are telling you Warsaw is horrible, it's because they're very patriotic of their city/town.. this is a well known fact.. hahaha
@ImTheCanadianEh quick tip, just like you (Polish born abroad) I'd advise buying things in English and asking for directions in English, people always make an effort 10x more for foreigners, hehe.
@jkpWARRIOR Not true. They usually are very rude, and they've inflated train ticket prices when they heard me speaking english prior. Best to stick to Polish and make them think im native. :p
@mufineczka ahah jasne, zartuje ;) nidgy nie bylem w podkarpacie, soooo nie wiem czy jest ladniejszy! Ale Warszawa to nowoczeny miasto, i ma historie (kind of).. :p

So jealous!! I want to travel so badly!! Maybe soon!! Study Abroad or I could try to win the lottery and then I wont have to work to afford traveling :)
