My sheet music is five pages, might this be because it's on regular printed paper rather than sheet music paper?

yes, mine is from a book. yours must be much larger print and easier to read. nicer if it weren't for page turning

Great tutorial. Do you also have the 3rd movement with the similar speed or even a little faster?

lol. the answer is no. Just practice a few measures at a time, start slowly and evenly. Speed will come with practice. (I assume you read music.)
