i personally don't like your idea at all it's a bit cleched and it doesn't really fit the song. The song makes referrence to stanely kubriks the shining and your idea doesn't and all the bands videos relate to the lyrics yours doesn't. Your idea just sounds like a random scenario that seems 'cool' but has no meaning that would go with the band/song. If you listen to the audio, you can tell it's not of the best quality. Where as if you listen to the cd version of the song (or other versions similar to the cd version) there is none of that bad audio. I can't quiet explain it, but listen to a different Dull Boy, you'll hear what I mean.

i have an idea for a vid, let me know if it any good? so they band is doing like slave work. they are digging a huge hole. it switches to them playing the song while chad is dragging a coffin or something like that. hes like bleeding and stuff, they are tired and keep getting whipped. chad falls, and stuff, at the end he places the coffin in the hole.then they get out and see the coffin says mudvayne. they just stare into the hole and the vid ends. that had to be confusing but what u guys think?

i personally don't like your idea at all it's a bit cleched and it doesn't really fit the song. The song makes referrence to stanely kubriks the shining and your idea doesn't and all the bands videos relate to the lyrics yours doesn't. Your idea just sounds like a random scenario that seems 'cool' but has no meaning that would go with the band/song. Thats my opinion and i'm just one person and alot of people seem to like your video.

Hummm while your idea has some merit, i dont think it fits /this/ song. Maybe Dig. Honistly i think this video fit this song.
Still its a good idea. Write a song about diging yo0ur own grave or sucide and then the your idea would fit.

honestly i dont think the video is good, im a huge mudayne fan but i think they could of done better. not falling, forget to remember, dig, and death blooms were all awsome videos. this doesnt even live up to any of them.

If you listen to the audio, you can tell it's not of the best quality. Where as if you listen to the cd version of the song (or other versions similar to the cd version) there is none of that bad audio. I can't quiet explain it, but listen to a different Dull Boy, you'll hear what I mean.

The issue here is that in order for anyone to post reasonable comments, you first need to show that you're open to them. Sarcastic or not titles like the "OFFICIAL Dull Boy music video" or opportunities to explain that you are just learning that you ignore invite retorts like that. Just fyi.

As for all the contests they have, it's also kinda retarded how they have two contests with the intent of producing the "official" Dull Boy music video, and I don't care how you spell it, those "wanna be pro hollywood fucking directors" will most likely be the types that win.
