theres guna be another halo game after halo wars called halo chronicals which will follow the story of the halo movie and i think bungie are thinking of doing another halo also but nothing been said for sure yet

Bungie is for sure, done. They are not making one on their own for at least the next 5-6 years. Afterwards they might change their minds, its unlikely though.

they will however, still support the Halo brand and other developers involved with it.

I've heard this from The Feed in G4, that Bungie will make a Halo game that has NO MASTER CHIEF in it.

But it could be unlikely they'll make it, I agree with christoons comment on Bungie changing their minds being unlikely.
