It is of some relief knowing that someone in the U.S. government care some for us citizens of Puerto Rico. I'm 19yrs.old and I do have the knowledge of what a democracy is. The puertorican government IS NOT A DEMOCRACY.Thanks for your "some help".I don't think U.S. government care much and I don't blame them.

How can the Army Corps of Engineers (Jacksonville office) in conspiracy with Fortuño/Puierluisi be allowed to undermind both the Government of the United States and the people of Puerto Rico. Can this action be considerred a premeditated terrorist act since the Environmental agency and the Wildlife Federation both condemned the project? Who can come to the aid of the people of Puerto Rico when its own government is currupt?
