Looks good. You may really use After Effects instead of Flash, because you can move more there; also the objects go over screen more fluently.
Since the IP Indian Logo is not well known in Germany as sign for commercial breaks, they will not use it. Although it would be illegal: commercial breaks in Germany need to be clearly separated with the word "Werbung".
Did they really use this or is this selfmade? Looks like Dutch RTL5.
