the double loop into corkscrew is a great set up. not to mention the 1970s restraints make you feel like you could fall out during the corkscrew adds to the fun

@55SuperShadow I know it's 5 months later, but just to let you know. The Viper was actually originally black. It was black for 17 years. It was only painted green when Six Flags bought Darien Lake in 1999.

I was just at Darien Lake today for my Mom's Union's faculty picnic. The food is fantastic there. Also, they recently changed the Viper's color from green to black.
Finally, if you're going to Darien Lake anytime soon, they added a new Splashtowne Waterpark, including a slide complex, a lazy river, and I believe a wave pool. I would also go on the Motocoaster, built for the OCC crew.
Also, if you saw the OCC Darien Lake being built on American Chopper, guess what!!! It's on sale!!! It's in the shop located near the UFO and is for sale for $135000.

superman is boring. It really is very bland, nothing all that exciting about it. The first 2 drops make my chest hurt anyway =[ Viper is much more FUN in my opinion.
My Fave coaster of all time, not too fast, not too slow, and the people who run it are nice, they let me go on 10 times in a row without having to go all the way back around
