When the inspector's boss tries to obfuscate the bad behavior of the inspector by directing our attention to the daycare owner's previous violations it just made me wonder if they were all trumped up charges. Violations keep inspectors in business by creating a "need" for more frequent inspections.
ugly old lady! .. people like this do things like this because thats the way they where treated when they were younger. With that being said as they get older they feel that they have to do the same because they're angry by the way they were treated. idk thats just what i think.
MAN THAT LADY SHOULD BE FIRED ITS BAD ENOUGH FOR PARENTS TO TRUST THEY GONNA BE SAFE AT A DAY CARE SO WEN SOMEBODY MAKE A DAY CARE LOOK BAD IT JUS ANIT RIGTH
The inspector is clearly pulling on the cord. I do have a concern though, the shelf and it contents appear to be over the cribs. Isn't that a little dangerous?
reminds me of the G men targetting me for 3 months at the store I work at, with all sorts of stings hoping I would break the law, finally gave up and looked at day shift to find someone stealing there the first day. did a video on it (stop a cop, gift to you)
Notice the inspector's boss tries to change the subject to "the owner....has recieved a number of violations since 1995? So what? That is what is known as an irelevant ad hominem attack; a logical fallacy engaged in by those who know they have no legitimate argument to make.
By policy or coincidence it actually so happens that all the items which could be dangerous if they fell in the crib are to the right of the crib and not above it.
the way things work these days that inspector got a promotion , for one to keep her out of daycare centers and two to evade a lawsuit. however i agree there should not be a shelf over the crib and hence trying to fabricate a problem she miss one. all the training in the world cant stop someone that is just fundamentally corrupt.
The first thing that came to mind when i watched this was 1) why in the hell is there a shelf over a crib? and 2) it looks to me like the cord was dangling and the inspector moved it onto the shelf to keep it out of babies reach until staff was notified. I dont know exactly what happened here but thats just my opinion. who knows. either way the crib needs to be moved!
Who the Hell paces book shelved with electric wires, a radio and other large random items over a infants crib? Really? That's just screaming for an "accidental" death. Or lack of a better term life insurance policy. I think the inspector was trying to do those babies a favor. This daycare clearly lacks common sense.
I'm pretty sure there was no wrong doing here...you would have to use considerable strength to break a tie cord--she obviously just moved an already loose cord to a more visible area.
Terror attacks done by Alberta Children's services often involve physical attacks on the child. At Mamowe Child and Family Services responsible for inspections which included only site inspection for Day Cares Preschools and Day Homes. The attacker ocupational therapist nurse Paul Bromley of Edmonton Alberta helped the Alberta Children's services cover up sexual abuse and assaults on children during their 17 year sojourn from the effective inspection. Munchhausens by proxy abuse is most common.
than how do we report bad daycare? I work with one and called a number to let them know what's going on with her daycare and no one seem to care...1 care giver with 18 children from the age 4-5, and 17 children with the age of 2-3....can not give them more than one gram cracker????who do we report it tooo....anyways, i quit that job because I couldn't take it anymore....
LOOKS LIKE YOU CAUGHT AN INSPECTOR WITH HER HAND IN THE COOKIE JAR! GOOD JOB, BEST OF LUCK WITH YOUR DAYCARE, AND PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THOSE SHELVED OBJECTS! MAYBE MOVE THE CRIB AWAY;)
Caught that bitch. What did she get out of this?

She wasn't talking to journalists so I bet she was deliberately creating safety violations. She wasn't just testing the strength of the cable ties...

first of all no cords of any kind should be any where near a crib. wtf. the crib is in a bad spot anyway.
