whoever is putting ads on some of the videos, they don't need it. the video ads keep interupting the videos i watch. gatchaman and other videos i dug up keep getting interupted by ads from google and such, its the video ads not the ones you click off by pressing the x button.

well I do and as long as you are not making a profit on what you copied you are mot breaking the law.

Also most of us pay for cable and pay for the internet..

What you see on tv is broadcast for the public audience and is payed for by commercial sponsorship so again to record it and play it for the public as long as you are not making profit on the copy is perfectly copyright legal.

What the wmg (or what ever they are called) does when they block the sound is actually wrong

you can buy a cd copy it and give it away as long as you don't make money in the process you have not broke any law.

if someone has bought the CD it is payed for.

if you play a radio in the street so everyone can hear it with the store bought cd why is that not a crime?

because you bought and payed for it..

Now someone who buys a pirated cd or dvd THAT is a crime. as well as someone who sells it.

Blocking the sound to a payed for internet service THAT to me is and should be a crime.

You can watch the series (I mean the OVA) right here on Youtube! It was uploaded by a channel called FireworksCompany or something like that. When you search up Gatchaman the OVA is also the first result that pops up.

Joe is driven more on revenge for the death of his parents than his responsibilities to the team. His being part of Gatchaman seems like a superficial mask for his own hidden agenda.

If you get your hands on the OAV, it's worth it. Got it like almost two years ago now and A+++ to graphics. It's pretty much a quick (3 DVD) compressed version of the original 105 episodes, except Joe doesn't die here... sorry to spoil it.
