Fantastic fake trailer! I'd love to see a Portal movie based on the plot of the game. But it scares me at the same time. I can't help remember way back when everyone was talking about making a Final Fantasy movie. Everyone was talking about what real actors would best play Cloud and Aerith and Tifa and Barrett and the others. Then the movie came out and it wasn't at all the game made into a movie; instead the movie was total crap.

I disliked this for many reasons, you took gameplay from portal 1, took footage from a few movies, added glados's voice, and added some badass music. The whole point of the portal franchise is about a science center gone wrong from a corrupt A.I. Not a few people in one room trapped.

Interesting looking clip and well-done.. .but imo the worst thing they could do would be to turn Portal into some kind of glorified slasher film. Sure, the concept lends to that genre, but seriously, that would destroy the whole atmosphere and would infect viewpoint of the game thereafter. Sure, have some scary shots to introduce the film, nothing gory, and when Chell steps up to the plate, after that the game is on.

this is the best fake portal trailer I've ever seen! but when I get old enough, I'm gonna be a movie writter, and I'm gonna make a "real" portal movie! and its not gonna be all just a bounch of tests. Its gonna also have a good story line and good action. for example, Wheatly (the blue robot from portal 2) is gonna take over Aperature and make a bounch of war machines, each using portals to shoot through. so just watch for that movie in the future. You'll be able to say "I met that guy!"
