@Jitpring it's part of the Outside album which is a story in itself so part of it is about context. But to fill you in this song is about a serial killer to who considers his killing and mutilations as a form of art.

I dedicate this song to a beautiful grey persian cat, Jingles Welsh, who hails from Georgia, USA, strickly because he caused me to SHAKE while I was in a panicked state of being 'afeared' for my life because I was staring down 'utter destruction' and it was FOR BEAUTY!!!
