Usually AMVs dont make much point. Its basically just a bunch of clips from a certain source, or multiple in some cases, put to music. The better ones use the rythm of the song for transitions, different effects and such but most people just take a bunch of clips and put them to a song they think is cool and post it here and think they're an artist.
